Window Shopping with All4Women
When I was first alerted to this Window Shopper feature on the All4Women website - I was absolutely excited. My life really seems to be getting busier as the days go by, & not that I am complaining, but I really get frustrated when I go out with the intention of buying something in particular & cannot find it in a reasonable time. Spending 3 hours of endless walking & coffee breaks until i find what I am looking for is not my idea of time well spent.
The WindowShopper feature gives you access to merchandise (including pricing) from:
- Mr Price
- Woolworths
- Foschini
- Fashion Express
- Chic Shapewear
- Edgars
- Ackermans
- Luella
- Donna Claire
And the list goes on. You can literally "window shop" everything from the comfort of your computer screen: Handbags, dresses, shoes, accessories, jackets, even lingerie. And it is updated daily. But what I love most about this is that by simply searching "shoes" & not restricting the retailers to search within, I am exposed to stores I would normally not go into when in the mall.
For example, I almost never go into Fashion Express, but by using WindowShopper I have found shoes that I would absolutely go out & buy tomorrow. Like these fab wedges! Only R200 :) Or the skull embellished loafers below!

Happy Friday - Behind The Scenes snaps

TOPSHOP Unique AW13
TOPSHOP Unique AW13 was the only show other than Rihanna for River Island that I was really excited about seeing at London Fashion Week (not that I was in attendance lol). And while I watched a video of the River Island show a day after it happened, I watched the Topshop Unique show as it happened. Thank heavens for live video streaming!
The show was absolutely AMAZING!!! The TATE Modern was the perfect setting. It was concrete everywhere., which of course complimented the brand�s renowned androgynous aesthetic and muted tones. Textures were contrasting; matte paired with gloss, shimmering sequins offset with fuzzy textures and raw edges next to bonded fabrics.

Beach Daze with ROXSTAR BIKINI

This is leopard print perfection!!! I am absolutely in love with this bikini - you have no idea! After not going to the beach for what seemed like forever, I decided to take my fab new leopard print bandeau from Roxstar Bikini for a swim! And other than my legs being covered in bruises from my clumsiness, I had a really lovely afternoon.
I generally opt for the common triangle shape bikini top, so this is a welcomed change for me. And it has cups so its very flattering. So excited to also share the other bikinis Roxstar sent to me. Capes & Ponchos
A touch of mystery, a pinch of chicness, cozy and utterly delicious... Capes and ponchos are without a doubt the "must-have" item of the moment. I love Oscar de la Renta's version which has a medieval feeling to it. Kenzo's monogrammed creations are coveted by every fashionista out there, but it you really want to keep warm, opt for one made out of cashmere or fur.

Totes dying over this TOPSHOP dress :) I feel so hot wearing it - not sexy hot, but grown up hot if that makes any sense hahahaha. And how cute is the clutch from Blackcherry Handbags :) Eeekk!!! LOVE :) The bag does come with a long strap, but i un-clipped it to use as a clutch :)

I cannot put into words the many things I am grateful for. I have been given so many opportunities to work with brands, be featured on websites, blogs, and be seen in magazines. And lets not forget the fact that I am growing as a blogger, person & professional. I try to learn from everything I do. I work hard, have many sleepless nights, & spend way to many evenings falling asleep next to my MacBook Pro. But be assured that I am seeing the fruits of my labour. And it is absolutely worth it! So this post is dedicated to hard work, dreams, & dedication. I couldn't do any of it without those. And you reading this of course. Thank You from the depths of my heart.
