Find Your Style with ZANDO

YAY!! Who doesn't love coming home to a few boxes filled with shoes!!! Yesterday was not only my first day back at work, but also a day that I was getting through on 2 hours sleep (Having trouble sleeping of late), & so this lovely surprise was most welcome. 

I was so lucky to WIN a R2 000 voucher to spend at ZANDO on anything I wanted. Their #FindYourStyle campaign was so cool & interactive, I think I might've described my style as being a DIVA. Or something like that. lol. But let's be honest here. I can be a bit of a Diva every now & then so I guess its quite fitting. Well, with the R2000 voucher, I decided to spend it all on shoes. Zando has some of the coolest shoe brands on their site, which include Jeffrey Campbell, Plum, Launch, & Zoom to name a few. Check them out, they have a great selection of anything fab & fashionable, even gym gear!

TOPSHOP Launches in Durban

Yay Topshop finally opened in Gateway, Durban! Lucky fish right?! We are finally welcoming the trend setting UK brand to the east coast. And by the picture below, it is clearly evident that the Durbanites were more than keen!!! 

I luckily didn't have to stand in the queue that consisted of a few hundred people. And I did get to see the store before the general public so I am one absolutely fortunate young lady! 

Edcon are the retailers that have teamed up with Topshop to bring them to South Africa, and the most exciting news is that people with Edgars accounts can buy from Topshop/Topman using their Edgars card. And you can gain Thank You points too. I don't have an Edgars card, but i think this is sooooo darn clever of Edcon. Many South Africans may avoid these international brands because without even going inside they think they cannot afford it, and so by offering great fashion on credit, they are making it more accessible. That's why I'm crushing on Jurgen Schreiber - what a clever man!!!

MANGO launches in Durban!

I decided on the striped knit sweater. Can't wait to wear it!

Mango has finally reached my city!!! You have no idea how I have been longing for the Spanish brand to be within my reach! Mango has over 2 415 stores worldwide, and I am super excited that Durban / Gateway Umhlanga has finally been added to the impressive list which includes Tokyo, Russia & Venezuela.

I attended the launch event last night at the stunning Gateway store & it was filled with some of Durban's most stylish people. I got to meet some of my fellow bloggers & mingle with the press, so you can imagine - I was in heaven! Here are a few snaps, I cannot wait to share with you some of the Spring Summer 2012 campaign photographs featuring Kate Moss - And I might add.. they were shot by my favourite photographer Terry Richardson :)

The goodie bag consisted of the above items. Spoilt right?!

RIHANNA for River Island

Rihanna fans can be glad that yet again, Rihanna is putting her signature on something you can own - this time she is collaborating with River Island to design a collection that will launch in Spring 2013. Excited?! Absolutely!!!
