Converse GET DIRTY Event OOTD

Sometimes you have to GET DIRTY, & that's exactly what I did this past weekend! I attended the Converse GET DIRTY event in Newtown, Johannesburg. And although I didn't wear Converse sneakers, I did get this rad Tee from Zando. It's a men's small but still pretty large on me, but I think I made it work. Besides, it was like 6 degrees so I was happy for the extra fabric hahaha

I had such a great time with my friend Lisa! We danced soooo much it was amazing! There were 3 stages with all sorts of performances by SA's best bands & DJs. And there was even bumper cars!!! Yes - that's how cool this event was! These are just a few snaps we took in the hotel before leaving for the event. Didn't take my kid (camera to you) to the event, I wanted to dance man!!!

MANGO launches in Durban!

I decided on the striped knit sweater. Can't wait to wear it!

Mango has finally reached my city!!! You have no idea how I have been longing for the Spanish brand to be within my reach! Mango has over 2 415 stores worldwide, and I am super excited that Durban / Gateway Umhlanga has finally been added to the impressive list which includes Tokyo, Russia & Venezuela.

I attended the launch event last night at the stunning Gateway store & it was filled with some of Durban's most stylish people. I got to meet some of my fellow bloggers & mingle with the press, so you can imagine - I was in heaven! Here are a few snaps, I cannot wait to share with you some of the Spring Summer 2012 campaign photographs featuring Kate Moss - And I might add.. they were shot by my favourite photographer Terry Richardson :)

The goodie bag consisted of the above items. Spoilt right?!
