SIMPLE Curl Hair Tutorial for New Years Eve

I wanted to get 1 last video in before the new year & decided on this hair tutorial for simple curls. In the video I am wearing 20" clip-in-hair extensions from Front Row Hair & am absolutely LOVING the extra length to my hair. You will see a review on the extensions later this week so be on the look out.

It's official! I am done traveling for 2013. This last trip to Johannesburg & Swaziland earlier this week marked the end of my travel for work (& personal). I will probably be working up until Monday, & then I go on leave until early January.

When you've had the kind of year that I have, well then you're actually quite excited to spend a week & half not doing much. It gives me the chance to recuperate  & work on a few little things I've been neglecting. I'm quite excited about it actually.

I LUV DBN Launch Party

Yesterday I attended the #ILDLaunch at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Umhlanga. I Love Durban is an amazing concept geared at us promoting our beautiful city & the people, businesses, food & everything within it. Durban is all too often over-looked as a DESTINATION as it's time we change that. 

I hate going anywhere when it's raining, but boy am I glad I attended this event. I got to mingle with my fellow Durban bloggers & meet cool people. I really did enjoy myself. Here area a few pictures I took.

The Printed Dress {OOTD}

How pretty is my dress?! Im all sorts of bias on this one as it's a dress I worked on at work. If you remember my post on my career. Basically this is the final product of something the company I work for has done for our awesome customer The Hub. I literally was there making sure the fit was right & all other random details but yeah, I just love seeing something come to life.

SUMMER-Time Fine { Beach Day OOTD}

2013 has been an amazing year for me, but it has been exhausting as well (work-wise & blog-wise). And although I am not on holiday from work as yet, when I do go on leave over Christmas, I plan on spending lots of time at the beach. I tried having a morning at the beach but Durban weather over summer is so unpredictable. It was crazy windy & my hair was blowing all over the place. I did squeeze in a few pictures though (Duh!). 

Totally in love with the color of this Roxstar bikini. My mom especially loved it too. She couldn't stop telling me how pretty it was against my skin. lol. Thanks mommy :)
