2013 has been an amazing year for me, but it has been exhausting as well (work-wise & blog-wise). And although I am not on holiday from work as yet, when I do go on leave over Christmas, I plan on spending lots of time at the beach. I tried having a morning at the beach but Durban weather over summer is so unpredictable. It was crazy windy & my hair was blowing all over the place. I did squeeze in a few pictures though (Duh!). 

Totally in love with the color of this Roxstar bikini. My mom especially loved it too. She couldn't stop telling me how pretty it was against my skin. lol. Thanks mommy :)

White in summer oozes freshness. And even though I am a total black lover (all year round), there's something equally seductive about white. I enjoyed styling this look with the pops of pink here & there.  It's kinda fun. I like!  And those Melissa heels are so comfortable!!! I could live in them! What do you think of my look? Nothing says summer like crisp white! And this white cotton anglaise lace short from Studio W @ Woolworths (available in store) is just perfect! This season you are sure to see lace in all shapes & forms: dresses, skirts, tops, accessories, & especially shorts - which are my personal favorite. Nothing beats a great pair of shorts in Summer. These are a great length too. 

When I styled my lace short, I saw crisp white goodness in my head! I feel as though the denim vest adds to the look, but doesn't draw you away from the white cotton. I love denim & white as a combo. Floral & Denim Queen {OOTD}

I'm oh so festival chic in this look right?! That's how I felt wearing it. I wore this look from Hong Kong into mainland China (Guangzhou). It was my first time driving across the border & not taking the train. Interesting experience indeed. There was even a "drive-thru-immigration" lol

These shorts are very very short, but in China EVERYONE walks around in shorts all day. All ages & shapes. Its so hot here, its really the only thing to do!
