Flashback vibes with today's OOTD! This is from Dubai back in September!! Can you say delayed lol. I duno. I needed to shoot daily pictures for a 30 Day campaign you will find about about in the new year, & so I shot these, but wasn't sure if they would make it to the blog. Well, hotel-hallway-aside, they did in fact make it :)

Oh & in case you didn't know - Eminem (aka The Greatest) is touring South Africa next year. Sigh! Unfortunately at this point its looking bleak for me as I am traveling around that time for work so I probably won't be in SA! Very sad!

**It is really weird but some of the photos turned Sepia when they uploaded! So mad!

Pineapple Frenzy {OOTD from Dubai)

While traveling - comfort is key. And even more so when all you are doing is walking & shopping - which was the purpose of our trip to Dubai. I have a few pairs of travel-pants which I like to take on these trips so that I am comfortable. And these denim-looking jeggings are a new favorite!

Dubai was amazing (from what I saw) - but it was also so uncomfortably hot. I have never in my life experienced anything like it. All I wanted to do was walk around in a 2-piece swimsuit - but sadly Dubai is a country of modesty. Although what's really the point though because I found the Arabs checking me out (even though I was covered up) at every turn. I get such a perve-vibe from them lol.

MEOOW! Feline Tendancies {OOTD} Jhb Day 2

MEOOW!!! From the second I saw this crop top I was like "You Are Mine"! I have always thought cats to be feisty creatures, & although some may disagree - they tend to give off a "Im superior & mysterious" vibe. Well, this little crop just makes me think of the attitude & feistiness of felines. Which I can relate to, because sometimes I tend to give off the "Don't you even dare try me" face lol. My little cat ramble is probably because they are the only pets I could see myself having. Yeah, I could totally be a little fashion-loving-cat-lady.

BTW - These are from Day 2 of my trip to Johannesburg with LEGIT. I wore this look to breakfast, & for a little shopping date with the blogging bunch!

I'm oh so festival chic in this look right?! That's how I felt wearing it. I wore this look from Hong Kong into mainland China (Guangzhou). It was my first time driving across the border & not taking the train. Interesting experience indeed. There was even a "drive-thru-immigration" lol

These shorts are very very short, but in China EVERYONE walks around in shorts all day. All ages & shapes. Its so hot here, its really the only thing to do!

Guangzhou Nights {OOTD}

It's been 1 week in China & I cannot begin to tell you how much work we have gotten done! Doing what I do, & working with the amazing buyers & company that I do feels so natural & familiar to me that I forget that I have only being doing this job for 18 months!!! Spending time in Guangzhou is always such a lovely experience, because we work really hard until whatever hour we need to, but we also get to unwind after a long day with a great meal & even better company. I have found my passion in life, & having it truly turn out to be the most amazing thing that could ever happen to me feels even better. I couldn't be happier at this point in my life, & I just wanted to share it with you all.

Red Square & Edgars invited me to an exclusive beauty launch in Johannesburg, where they introduced us fashion & beauty dolls to some exciting new brands to be stocked by Edgars & Red Square. I got to take some of the amazing products home with me to try, so you can look forward to hearing about them. It was a lovely , fun day with amazing company. What do you think of my look?

Pretty Stripes & Lace

It's Monochrome Monday in case you didn't know! Today's look was actually worn on Saturday. I had a meeting at the office & went straight to lunch with my mom after so I looked very business-y lol. As we were at lunch just around the corner from this popular Durban spot I thought I'd get some outfit pictures. The Square is not a park, but there is grass, & it's just down the road from Mitchell Park here in Durban. It has the perfect view of Durban. You can see Moses Mabhida, Suncoast & the ocean. We enjoyed the view for a bit, then proceeded to go shopping :)
