#WhatsYourBB? Garnier SA is looking for you!

Garnier has recruited me, & a few other bloggers to help spread the BB love with this awesome #WhatsYourBB campaign. 

During this campaign you can look forward to reviews, spot prizes, & most importantly the search for 1 special lady to join me for a special pamper day with Garnier & the 5 other participating bloggers & their chosen readers in Johannesburg. Sounds fun right?!

How to identify if you have Oily/Combination Skin?

If a person has oily skin, the skin is usually oily over the whole face. If only their T-panel is oily, i.e. the forehead, down the nose and chin, then they have combination to oily skin. Oily skin needs to be hydrated, by drinking water. Oily skin naturally produces too much oil, so a light & watery moisturizer is recommended.

LBD in Dubai {OOTD}

Flashback vibes with today's OOTD! This is from Dubai back in September!! Can you say delayed lol. I duno. I needed to shoot daily pictures for a 30 Day campaign you will find about about in the new year, & so I shot these, but wasn't sure if they would make it to the blog. Well, hotel-hallway-aside, they did in fact make it :)

Oh & in case you didn't know - Eminem (aka The Greatest) is touring South Africa next year. Sigh! Unfortunately at this point its looking bleak for me as I am traveling around that time for work so I probably won't be in SA! Very sad!

**It is really weird but some of the photos turned Sepia when they uploaded! So mad!

Other Way Around

When life gets tough, the easiest way and common thing to do is just to give up and think this is definitely the end. On Friday morning before Durban weather went crazy I managed to shoot this outfit. Wearing the shortest pair of shorts I own (had to wear the shirt around my waist in fear of flashing my butt cheeks) lol. I am not a hat person but I really LOVE the look of the baseball cap. And let's not speak of my EVERYDAY sandals from Legit - I am so in love with them!!! Definitely contemplating the white pair?!

Settle In

It's a huge adjustment and it takes a while to settle into my new life as a newly married couple. It is really a fun ride and I have been learning new things ever since. But I have to admit, though, I know it's been quite some time since my last blog post, my apologies. It's quite challenging to post anything new here, I have hardly been able to find a way to spend time on writing my blog and to keep it updated. As for now, I'm trying my best it ain't gonna happen again, promise won't abandon it anymore. In the meantime, check out this interview I did with iLOOK NetTV. See you on my next post.

#1 Beauty Tip: How To Fill Your Brows

   

When asked by Clicks 'What's your #1 Beauty Tip or Beauty Trick?' I immediately knew what I wanted to share: my brows. I fill them in using eyeshadow & an Essence lash & brow gel (available at Clicks) on a daily basis. Your brows complete your face. What's the point of having your make-up done with shabby eyebrows?! Anyway, here is a video on my little brow story :)
