Full of Excitement

It's July already. I just can't deny my excitement about this month. Despite it's going to be super-packed, but most likely along with some awesome things ahead. 
Anyway, to start of the month, I'm pairing this piece of light gold outer, which I'm currently obsessed on, with black and white tones, simply to define strong look and subtly sophisticated. Overall, it just fits perfectly as expected and of course another great addition to my wardrobe.

Today's Outfit Of The Day was centred around this gorgeous head chain with a Peace Sign on it! This is not the 1st time I am wearing it, but it is the 1st time I built a look around it. Its sort of Boho Chic / Hippie - I duno, I just love the look. When I walked into work today, the 1st thing I did was get in front of the mirror & take a picture for instagram lol. Everyone does that right?!

MONOCHROME MONDAY #9

I don't believe that we are already at week #9 of this project!!! WOW!!! Now if you read my previous Monochrome Monday post you will know that I was getting a tad bit bored with the project - THAT HAS CHANGED!! I got an iPhone4s last week & I am dying over all the AMAZING APPs available! So for today's post, I took ALL the pictures using my iPhone & then used an App called PICSTITCH to create a cool picture effect.

Welcome to the 90's - a decade of grunge and glamour!!! DSquared2 designer brothers, Dean & Dan Caten transformed model Cara Delevigne straight back to this era with bustiers, mini-skirts & cropped pants. Posing in what most would call Biker Couture looks, model Cara waits by a payphone in sexy, flirtatious ensembles that would catch both the eye of any man or any woman. It's over-the-top, and elegant, and has to be worn with confidence.

Hello Monochrome Monday!!! Yes it's that time of the week again! I really look forward to Monday's but I have to be honest - I almost feel like changing it up a bit, like perhaps posting black & white accessories rather than outfits you know. I don't know, it's still all up in the air :)

Today's Outfit Of The Day is a great pair of shorts that I borrowed from my mother like 10 years ago - and she bought them from Truworth's  probably 15 years ago if not longer. Yes these were worn by my mom. True Story! Accessorised with silver heels & my nerdy glasses - and that's that! We have our look. What do you think?
